摘要
世界一流强港"硬核"力量评价研究对于推动港口高质量发展具有重要意义.基于"硬核"力量指数评价的需要,构建了以强港"硬核"的"七力"模型为基础的评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法进行"硬核"力量指数评价.结果表明,全球21个港口"硬核"力量指数区分明显,新加坡港和上海港凭借优越的自然条件和现代化的基础设施排名处于第一梯队,宁波舟山港处于第二梯队前列.
Abstract
The study on evaluating the"hardcore"strength of world-class ports attaches significant importance to promoting high-quality port development.In response to the need for a"hardcore"strength index evaluation,we have established an evaluation index system based on the"Seven Forces"model of strong ports and employed principal component analysis for the evaluation of the"hardcore"strength indices.The results indicate that there is a distinct differentiation in the"hardcore"strength indices among 21 global ports.Singapore Port and Shanghai Port are ranked at the top-tier,owing to their superior natural conditions and modern infrastructure.Meanwhile,Ningbo-Zhoushan Port places per se at the forefront of the second tier.
