摘要
陶粒泡沫混凝土应用于建筑外墙或预制装配式墙板保温体系时需同时兼顾质轻和相应结构强度要求,且对材料相关性能的稳定性要求较高.本文以建筑渣土陶粒为集料,经过物理发泡制备了多批次陶粒泡沫混凝土,通过试验统计研究了陶粒泡沫混凝土立方体抗压强度的概率分布、基本力学性能参数及相互关系.结果表明:立方体抗压强度整体更服从对数正态分布,拟合判定系数达0.997.轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度呈较稳定的线性关系,换算系数区间在0.76~0.99,而劈裂抗拉强度与抗压强度呈幂函数关系.全体样本数据抗压强度稳定在5.9~7.6 MPa范围.此外,立方体抗压强度低于7.5 MPa的试块样本,其抗拉强度值的离散性较小.
Abstract
The requirements on lightweight,structural strength,and high stability on material properties have to be met for aerated ceramsite concrete(ACC)when using as insulation material in building's exterior wall or the prefabricated wall panels.In this paper,several batches of ceramisite foam concrete were prepared by physical foaming with ceramisite from building waste soil as aggregate,the probability distribution of cube compressive strength,basic mechanical property parameters and their relationships of ceramsite foam concrete are studied by test statistics.The results indicate that,the cubic compressive strength preferably follows a logarithmic normal distribution that the coefficient of fitting determination is up to 0.997.A good linear relationship exists between the axial compressive strength and the cubic compressive strength,and the conversion factor is between 0.76-0.99.Comparatively,the splitting tensile strength and cubic compressive strength exhibits a power function relationship.Analyzing from the whole samples,the cubic compressive strength stably remains from 5.9-7.6 MPa.In addition,the dispersion of tensile strength values is relatively smaller for samples that the cubic compressive strength value is not more than 7.5 MPa.
