物流设施是陆港枢纽集成的基本要素,其中仓储设施是空间布局的重要代表.本文以义乌陆港为例,选取其仓储物流设施POI(Point of Information)数据,综合运用空间分析和多元回归分析法揭示陆港物流设施的空间布局特征及驱动机制.研究表明:(1)义乌陆港仓储物流设施空间布局呈运输设施的"轴-辐"模式,以物流综合体为集聚核心、"多核一带"的非中心结构;传统仓、云仓和直通仓的空间分布也有差异,其中传统仓符合总体陆港仓储设施的集聚模式,云仓与直通仓呈单核心,但直通仓集聚程度更明显.(2)仓储物流设施空间布局在地价和交通等因素上具有较强政府导向,也受多元运营主体的服务价值等因素驱动.期望研究结果为未来陆港物流设施布局与规划提供参考.
Research on spatial distribution and driving force of Yiwu dry port logistics facilities
Logistics facilities are the basic elements of dry port hub integration,of which storage facilities are an important representative of its spatial layout.Taking Yiwu dry port as an example,this paper selects the POI data of warehousing and logistics facilities,and comprehensively uses spatial analysis and multiple regression analysis to reveal the spatial layout characteristics and driving mechanism of dry port logistics facilities.The results show that:(1)The spatial distribution of Yiwu dry port warehousing and logistics facilities follows the"axis-spoke"mode of transportation facilities,with the logistics complex being the agglomeration core,and it exhibits a"multi-core belt"non-central structure.There are also differences in the spatial distribution of traditional warehouses,cloud warehouses and through-warehouses,among which traditional warehouses conform to the agglomeration mode of overall dry port storage facilities,and cloud warehouses and through-warehouses are single cores,but the degree of agglomeration of through-warehouse is more obvious.(2)The spatial distribution of warehousing and logistics facilities has a strong government orientation in factors such as land price and transportation,and is also driven by factors such as the service value of diversified operating entities.Through this case study,it attempts to provide a reference for the future layout and planning of dry port logistics facilities.
