Analysis of the evaluation and influencing factors of downward medical talent programs
This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the evaluation and influencing factors of the medical professionals supporting program through a cross-sectional research method.The results provided the formulation and strategies of precise medical professional supporting the urban or rural areas.By employing a questionnaire survey,the satisfaction levels of 100 medical professionals involved in the program from a top-tier hospital and 200 key personnel or leaders in primary care institutions in the past three years were recruited.The study systematically analyzed and evaluated the key factors affecting the implementation of the program.The results show that both the medical professionals participating the program and the staff at the primary care institutions were generally satisfied with the program.The study found that the duration of the program,the quality of personnel at the entrusted units,and the hardware conditions of the entrusted units were significant factors affecting the implementation of the program.These results provide data support for the proper evaluation and supervision mechanisms of the program.
