Practical Experience of Online Mass Line on Development of People's Democracy in the Whole Process
In order to expand the scope of democracy,and enrich democratic content,as well as,enhance democratic effectiveness,and promote the more comprehensive,in-depth and lasting development of the whole-process people's democracy,the paper summarizes the practical experience of the online mass line empowering the whole-process people's democracy.It can be found that in the Internet era,the online mass line has further strengthened the relationship between the party and the masses,and at the same time,it is consistent and coupled with the whole-process people's democracy in terms of goals,practice and motivation.Therefore,the online mass line can not only improve the institutional effectiveness of the whole-process people's democracy,but also deepen the participation in practice,promote the unity of subject and object in the democratic consultation,promote the intelligent development of democratic decision-making and guide the normal operation of democratic supervision.Based on all this,the paper proposes four strategies for the online mass line to support the development of whole-process people's democracy,namely,improving the digital technology support system,promoting the construction of a party-mass communication service platform,transforming the work methods of party members and cadres and realizing the linkage of online and offline mass lines.
