大学生生涯发展能力现状调查及提升对策研究

摘要
为了提升当代大学生生涯发展能力,在拓展大学生生涯发展能力内涵的基础上,通过问卷调查与访谈法调查了宁波市四所高校大学生生涯发展能力现状.调查研究结果表明:大学生生涯发展能力部分指标得分失调;在性别、年级上存在显著差异,且与生涯教育需求满足情况显著正相关,与校园文化活动经历负相关.基于调查结果,提出了重塑生涯教育理念、建立生涯教育档案、开展生涯咨询与辅导和打造生涯发展文化等对策.
Abstract
In order to improve the career development ability of contemporary college students,the paper,based on questionnaire survey and interview method,investigates the current situation of college students'career development ability in four colleges and universities in Ningbo with an aim to enrich the connotations of college students'career development ability.The findings indicate that students'scores of some indicators of career development ability show the disorder and there are significant differences in gender and grade which significantly and positively correlate with the fulfillment of career education needs and negatively with the experience of campus cultural activities.Countermeasures are suggested such as reshaping the concept of career education,establishing career education files,carrying out career counseling and tutoring and creating the career development culture,etc.
