数字赋能视域下高校心理困难学生危机预警机制构建与应用策略

为了有效提升高校心理困难学生危机预警能力,分析了高校心理危机发现机制现存的问题与不足;提取高校数据管理平台中的三类场景六个特征数据,并根据设定的预警阈值数据分级判定不同程度的危机情境;从数字赋能的视角构建了心理困难学生危机预警机制.同时提出了不断完善学生管理数据库、制定动态预警等级与标准、健全责任监督制度和加强各部门间协作联动等应用策略.以期不断提升心理困难学生的心理危机识别与处置精度,为全体学生的心理危机预防体系提供理论与实践参考.
Construction and Application of Crisis Forewarning Mechanism for College Students with Psychological Difficulties from the Perspective of Digital Empowerment
In order to enhance the ability to effectively predict the crisis on the part of college students with psychological difficulties,the paper analyzes the existing problems and the shortcomings in the college psychological crisis mechanism and builds the psychological crisis forewarning mechanism by extracting seven characteristic data in three scenarios from the university data management platform and differentiating different levels of crisis situations according to the setting of forewarning threshold data levels and relying on the digital empowerment.In addition,it puts forward strategies for the utilization of the mechanism such as constantly improving the student management database,formulating the dynamic early warning levels and standards,perfecting the responsibility supervision system,enhancing the security of data and information and strengthening the cooperation among departments to improve the accuracy of psychological crisis identification and disposal.
