Contradiction between Instrumental Rationality and Value Rationality in University Labor Education and Its Solutions
In order to further improve the quality of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,based on the concept of"five-education integration"and from the perspective of the contradiction between instrumental rationality and value rationality,this paper systematically sorts out the existing problems in four aspects of labor education in colleges and universities,and proposes such solutions as the top-level design of labor education to make the labor education curriculum in line with the times,using big data to analyze and guide the"people-oriented"labor education objects,enriching the evaluation system of labor education so that the training goal is closer to the"five education talents"and integrating the multi-dimensional labor education resources to build a new ecology for the labor education.
