摘要

为探索应用型高校"双创"人才培养新模式,从带动经济发展和创新能力提升的根本需要、促进就业和社会稳定的必然要求和增强国家创新能力和经济安全的必然趋势三个维度阐述了"双创"人才培养的必要性,分析当前"双创"教育存在的问题,并提出:践行"协同共育"理念,构建"课—训—赛—研—产"五位一体育人模式;以课程建设为核心,打造融入"双创"理念的课程体系;以实践训练为纽带,营造"双创"浓厚氛围;以学科竞赛为抓手,推动"双创"资源互促转化的应用型高校"双创"人才培养路径.实践证明该路径可有效提高"双创"人才培养质量.

Abstract

In order to explore a new mode to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents in applied universities,this paper expounds the necessity for training such talents from three dimensions that include the fundamental need to promote economic development and innovation ability,the inevitable requirement to promote employment and social stability,and the inevitable trend to enhance national innovation ability and economic security,analyzes the problems existing in the training and proposes.Such training path as conducting the principle of coordinated training to set up a five-in-one mode that encompasses class,training,competition,research and production,designing a course set-up that is typical of such training with curriculum construction as its core,creating a strong atmosphere for the training with practice training as the link and building up the training path that promotes the mutual transformation of training resources with disciplinary competitions as the starting point.The path has been proved effective in raising the training quality.
