Driving Mechanism for Enhancing Innovation Ability in Leadership and Communication Courses under the"Ability-Motivation-Opportunity"Theory
In order to integrate the innovative notion into the university talent training system,the paper,based on the"Ability-Motivation-Opportunity"theory and a questionnaire survey and using the descriptive analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,analyzes the factors that affect the development of innovative ability and explore the driving mechanism of the core course"Leadership and Communication"for enhancing innovation ability.The findings indicate that the development of innovation ability is driven by such factors as curriculum purpose and setting,construction of ideological and political education and cross-curriculum cooperation.Different from the traditional concept,the central and western universities have a more urgent need for the improvement of innovation ability,and the connection between the setting of curriculum objectives and innovation is more direct,which can be adjusted in terms of ability,motivation and opportunity to further align the curriculum with the factors that facilitate the development of innovative ability.This study has guiding significance for the integration of innovation concept into discipline construction.
