Impact of Customer Orientation on Customer Loyalty in Fresh Food E-commerce Platform
In order to explore the customer orientated relational links and roles of fresh food e-commerce platform from the relational benefit perspective and to construct a model of the impact of fresh food e-commerce platform on customer loyalty,the paper uses SPSS.26 and AMOS.24 software to validate the model adopting the method of reliability analysis,factor analysis and structural equation.The results of the study show that fresh food e-commerce platform customer orientation significantly and positively affects trust interests,social interests,special treatment interests and honour interests and special treatment interests significantly and negatively affect fresh food e-commerce platform customer loyalty while honour interests significantly and positively affect fresh food e-commerce platform customer loyalty and fresh food e-commerce platform customer orientation does not have a significant effect on fresh food e-commerce platform customer loyalty,yet trust interests and honour interests play a mediating effect on the customer orientation of fresh e-commerce platform and customer loyalty and special treatment interests play a masking effect.
