大数据赋能城市交通拥堵治理的路径探析

为更好推动数字化城市交通治理,提升城市交通拥堵治理现代化水平,在解析大数据在城市交通拥堵治理中的价值基础上,以宁波市为例,从构建"1+4+N"智慧交管体系、夯实公安交管大数据底座和数字赋能科技治堵等方面提出实施路径。第三方权威评价数据显示:该路径有效降低了宁波高峰交通拥堵指数,助力宁波多次成为全国最不堵的"新一线城市",为国内外城市开展数字化科学化交通治堵提供了有益借鉴。
Path Analysis of Urban Traffic Congestion Management Empowered by Big Data
To better promote the digital urban traffic governance and enhance the modernization level of urban traffic congestion management,an implementation path is proposed,taking Ningbo as a case in point,in the light of constructing a"1+4+N"smart traffic management system,consolidating the big data foundation of public security traffic management and empowering the congestion control with digital technology based on the analysis of the values of big data in the urban traffic congestion management.The authoritative third-party evaluation data show that this path reduces effectively the peak traffic congestion index in Ningbo,and enables Ningbo to become the least congested"new first tier city"in the country many times.The path offers useful reference for domestic and foreign cities to carry out the digital and scientific traffic congestion control.
