基于数字孪生技术的装配式钢结构体系全生命周期信息化管理研究

为推进数字孪生技术在建筑数字化和智慧化建造方向应用,加速建筑业转型升级,依托宁波市某高校装配式钢桁架结构宿舍楼,利用数字孪生、综合集成、大数据和物联网等技术,建立信息化集成平台、物联网平台和运维管理平台等,融入虚拟智慧建造技术等提升可视化程度,实现从设计、生产、施工到运维的全生命周期信息化管理。从数字孪生技术在装配式钢结构项目中的应用实践可知:该技术对促进建筑工业化、信息化和智能化发展具有较强推动作用,其应用成效也为数字孪生技术的推广提供了有益借鉴。
Whole Life Cycle Informatization Management of Assembled Steel Structure Systems Based on Digital Twin Technology
In order to promote the application of digital twin technology in the direction of building digitalization and intelligent construction,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the paper,relying on the prefabricated steel truss structure dormitory building of a university in Ningbo and using such technologies as digital twin,building information modeling(BIM),big data and Internet of Things,establishes an information integration platform,an Internet of Things platform and an operation and maintenance management platform,etc.The platforms integrate virtual intelligent construction technology to improve the degree of visualization and realize the whole life cycle informatization management ranging from design,production,construction to operation and maintenance.The application practice of digital twin technology in the prefabricated steel structure projects show that this technology can effectively promote the industrialization,informatization,and intelligent development of buildings whose application effect also provides a useful reference for the promotion of digital twin technology.
