技术视角下高校数字化转型中的伦理困境及其规制策略

为有效应对高校数字化转型中的伦理困境,从伦理学视角,对数字化转型中产生的伦理困境进行审视。研究发现:高校数字化转型中存在数据伦理风险、数字不平等危机以及数字技术过度依赖隐忧。从技术要素视角切入分析,主要归因于技术的隐蔽性、算法的不透明和技术思维导向的不慎重。提出了建立规范的技术实施保障体系,加强算法的可解释性和透明度,完善科学高效的数据治理体系,坚持技术思维导向的慎重性,以及提升师生数字素养和伦理意识等策略来营造有利于高校数字化转型的良好生态。
Ethical Dilemma in Digital Transformation of Universities from Technological Perspective and Regulatory Strategy
In order to deal effectively with the ethical dilemmas in the digital transformation of universities,this paper examines the ethical dilemmas arising in the digital transformation from the perspective of ethics.The results show that there exist problems that include data ethical risks,digital inequality crises and over-reliance on digital technology in the digital transformation of universities and the analysis from the perspective of technical elements finds that the problems are mainly attributed to the concealment of technology,the opacity of algorithms and the imprudence of technical thinking orientation.In order to create a good ecological environment conducive to the digital transformation of universities,the paper proposes to establish a standardized technical implementation guarantee system,strengthen the explainability and transparency of algorithms,improve the scientific and efficient data governance system,adhere to the prudence of technical thinking orientation and improve the digital literacy and ethical awareness of teachers and students.
