促进 0~3 岁婴幼儿普惠性托育机构的发展得到各国的重视,关注点由满足家长的育儿需求转向关注婴幼儿的语言、社会性和情感发展.立足我国国情,借鉴国外婴幼儿托育的经验,以适宜的方式发展我国普惠性托育事业,可从以下几方面入手:一是鼓励多方力量参与,扩充普惠性托育资源;二是加大财政投入力度,增加普惠性托育的受众群体;三是加大托育服务人才队伍建设力度,提供职业津贴;四是加强监督评估,提升托育服务质量.
Promoting the development of inclusive childcare institutions for infants and toddlers aged 0~3 years old has been paid attention to by all countries,and the focus has shifted from meeting the parenting needs of parents to paying attention to the language,social and emotional development of infants and young children.Based on China's national conditions,learn from Japan's experience in infant and toddler care,and develop China's inclusive childcare in an appropriate way:first,encourage the participation of multiple forces and expand inclusive childcare resources;second,increase financial investment to increase the audience of inclusive childcare;third,increase the construction of the talent team of childcare services and provide vocational allowances;fourth,strengthen supervision and evaluation to improve the quality of childcare services.
