幼儿教师实施融合教育的忧虑:问卷编制及应用

采用随机取样法,选取 270名幼儿教师进行调查,并据此编制幼儿教师实施融合教育的忧虑问卷.结果显示,问卷共包含 28个条目,包括资源分配、接纳态度、个人能力、成就水平、工作负担五个维度,并且该问卷具有良好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学要求,可以作为测评幼儿教师实施融合教育忧虑的有效工具.初步应用表明,幼儿教师实施融合教育的忧虑程度处于中等偏下水平,不同教龄的幼儿教师在工作负担维度上差异显著,不同接触经验的幼儿教师在接纳态度维度上差异显著,特殊教育培训经历对幼儿教师实施融合教育的忧虑无显著差异.
Using random sampling method,270 preschool teachers were selected to investigate,and based on this,a questionnaire was prepared for the inclusive education of preschool teachers.The results show that the questionnaire contains 28 items,including resource allocation,acceptance attitude,personal ability,achievement level,and work load.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and meets the requirements of psychometrics.It can be used as an effective tool for evaluating preschool teachers'concern over inclusive education.The preliminary application shows that preschool teachers'concern about implementing integrated education is at a lower than medium level.Preschool teachers with different teaching age have significant differences in the dimension of work burden,preschool teachers with different contact experience have significant differences in the dimension of acceptance attitude,and special education training experience has no significant difference in the concern about implementing integrated education.
