Investigation and Countermeasures of Vocational Sense of Belonging of Secondary Vocational Teachers in Underdeveloped Areas——Based on Analysis of 26 Relatively Underdeveloped Counties(Cities and Districts)in Zhejiang Province
Zhejiang Province is faced with the important tasks of high quality development of vocational education,high quality talents and high quality development of education opening to the outside world.However,there is a"short board effect"in vocational education in relatively underdeveloped areas of the province,which hinders the overall quality improvement and development.Based on the basic psychological needs of secondary vocational teachers in less developed areas,this paper investigates the current situation of vocational teachers'sense of belonging,explores the influencing factors of vocational sense,and provides feasible suggestions for schools and teaching management departments,so as to promote the vocational sense of belonging of secondary vocational teachers,devote all efforts to vocational education and promote the balanced development of vocational education quality in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of supply-side structural reform.
