Taking the teaching problem awareness of new teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object,combined with the questionnaire survey and focus group interview,this paper discusses the reality of teaching problem awareness and the ways to improve it.The results are as follows:the gender,length of service and education level of new teachers do not affect the development of problem awareness,and there is a correlation between the dimensions of teaching problem awareness.The development of new teachers'awareness of teaching problems is faced with difficulties at the level of policy,school and teachers.Awareness of teaching problems can be further promoted through the accumulation of depth and breadth of professional knowledge,"guided cultivation mode"and spatial construction of the development of awareness of teaching problems.
