Construction of Talent Training Mode for Geographic Science Majors in Local Comprehensive Universities under the Background of Teacher Professional Certification:Taking Ningbo University as an Example
Teacher professional certification is an important index to measure the quality education of teachers in colleges and universities.It is of great significance to guide the personnel training of teacher education major in local comprehensive universities.Based on the analysis of the certification standards for teachers in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the"1234"curriculum system based on the core concept of teacher certification,combined with the current situation of geographical science(teacher education)of Ningbo University.On this basis,the construction and reform of education platforms such as general education courses,professional courses,teacher education courses,and comprehensive practical courses were discussed:to create a general education course platform with regional integration as the characteristic;Building professional course platforms guided by student interests;Centering on teacher education,creating a teacher education curriculum center;Building a comprehensive practical course platform based on practical teaching resources.A complete evaluation and continuous improvement system is constructed in order to provide reference for professional construction and personnel training under the background of teacher certification.
