As traditional Chinese opera carries a profound Chinese culture and is an important vehicle for telling the Chinese story in the new era,it is important to strengthen the general education of traditional opera in universities.The current general education classroom for traditional Chinese opera mainly focuses on introducing traditional and serious new operas.It is necessary to consciously introduce entertainment based opera creation cases,so that students can see the vitality of traditional Chinese opera in the present and develop a close relationship with it.Introducing martial arts dramas,palace fighting dramas,and scientific dramas from entertainment based drama creation cases into the general education of drama has changed the original classroom introduction method and presentation format,which can effectively improve teaching effectiveness.
