Research on the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Center for Preschool Education Majors under the Background of Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education
The integration of secondary and higher vocational education is an important part of modern vocational education system.At present,teaching and research organizations are independently set up in secondary and higher vocational schools,and teaching and research activities are scattered,with such prominent problems as fragmented teaching and research field,fragmented distribution of teaching and research resources,and"lacking"teaching and research management.As a new paradigm of grass-roots teaching and research organization,virtual teaching and research center is dedicated to break through the bottleneck of integrated talent cultivation quality and try to solve the phenomenon of"fragmentation"in the original middle and senior vocational training,which is a novel mechanism to promote the integration process of middle and senior vocational education in preschool education.The construction of virtual teaching and research center is a new form of teaching and research which is built to take talent training as the starting point and ending point,take collaboration,common construction and sharing as the basic concept,through teaching for research,inter-school walking research,school-enterprise research and other practical modes,multi-dimensional embellishment,multi-conditions integration,multi-security aggregation and other practical strategies,and empower the long-learning talent training mode of preschool education majors.
