摘要
组织员作为高职院校党务干部队伍的重要组成部分,肩负着推进学校基层党建工作的主要职责.加强组织员队伍的建设是高职院校贯彻执行党的建设总要求、落实立德树人根本任务和提高党建工作质量的有效举措.目前,高职院校组织员队伍的建设仍然存在长效机制尚未形成、选拔配备不够合理、岗位职责不够清晰、教育培训力度有待加强、考评激励措施有待完善等问题.加强组织员队伍建设,要通过健全长效制度、选优配强人员力量、厘清岗位职责、加强教育培训、优化考评激励措施等路径,为推动新时代高职院校党建工作的开展提供坚实的队伍保障.
Abstract
As an important component of the party affairs cadre team in vocational colleges,party organizers shoulder the main responsibility of promoting grassroots party building work in schools.Strengthening the construction of the organizational team is an effective measure for vocational colleges to implement the overall policy of party building,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and improving the quality of party building work.At present,there are still problems in the construction of the organizational team in vocational colleges,such as incomplete long-term mechanisms,unreasonable selection and allocation,unclear job responsibilities,insufficient education and training efforts,and incomplete evaluation and incentive measures.Strengthening the construction of the organizational team requires establishing a sound long-term system,selecting and strengthening personnel teams,clarifying job responsibilities,strengthening education and training,and optimizing evaluation and incentive measures to provide a solid team guarantee for promoting the development of party building work in vocational colleges in the new era.
