Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,there has been significant development in the field of aesthetic education in universities.However,overall,aesthetic education remains a weak link in the field of higher education,and to some extent,there is still a gap between it and the fundamental task goal of cultivating moral character.The Yue kiln celadon culture is a precious material and spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,and a crystallization of the wisdom of the people.Fully leveraging the aesthetic value of Yue kiln celadon culture can help expand the content of aesthetic education in universities,enhance the emotional and practical effectiveness of aesthetic education in universities,and further achieve the goals of aesthetic education in universities.In the context of the new era,the integration of Yue kiln celadon culture into aesthetic education in universities can be promoted from four aspects:faculty,teaching curriculum,teaching practice,and campus culture.This is in line with the construction of a comprehensive education system for moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,enhancing the aesthetic literacy of college students,and promoting their spiritual education and personality cultivation.
