摘要

食育对促进儿童身心发展有着独特价值和必要性,3~6岁是良好饮食习惯养成的关键期.当前幼儿食育实施出现边缘化、零散化,知信行模式作为行为养成的健康模式,其独特的行为教育模式符合幼儿教育的规律与特点,对推进幼儿食育发展和完善起到支持与引导作用.以"知"为基础,发挥课程、进餐环节直接教育作用;以"信"为动力,重视环创、文化的间接教育意义;以"行"为内化,重视园内、园外的教育资源.

Abstract

Food education has a unique value and necessity in promoting children's physical and mental development.3-6 years old is a critical period for developing good dietary habits.At present,the implementation of early childhood food education has become marginalized and fragmented.As a healthy model for behavior development,the knowledge,belief,and action model has a unique behavior education model that conforms to the laws and characteristics of early childhood education,and plays a supporting and guiding role in promoting the development and improvement of early childhood food education.
