摘要
宁波市是全民阅读立法城市,儿童阅读推广是全民阅读重要组成部分.研究者通过查阅相关网站、向工作人员咨询等方式,对宁波市政府以及相关职能部门和机构的儿童阅读推广做法展开调查,梳理基本情况,分析其中存在的问题和原因,从推进儿童阅读推广顶层设计、建立长效的运行机制、构建高质量的服务供给体系和营造良好的阅读氛围等四个方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
Ningbo is a legislative city for national reading,and promoting children's reading is an important component of national reading.Conduct a survey on the promotion practices of children's reading by the Ningbo Municipal Government,relevant functional departments,and institutions by consulting relevant websites and staff,sorts out the basic situation,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:strengthening the consciousness of government subject responsibility,establishing a long-term operation guarantee mechanism,building a high-quality children's reading service supply system,and creating a good social atmosphere for children's reading.
