Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Professional Development of Preschool Teachers in Rural Private Kindergartens——Taking Yunnan Province as an Example
The preschool teachers in rural private kindergartens play an important role in solving the problem of"difficulty in entering kindergartens"in rural private kindergartens.Improving the professional development level of preschool teachers in rural private kindergartens has become the key to promoting the revitalization of rural preschool education.Through the investigation and analysis of the professional development of preschool teachers in rural private kindergartens in Yunnan Province,it is found that the overall level of professional development of preschool teachers in rural private kindergartens in Yunnan Province is not high,and professional philosophy and ethics are the weak points of professional development of preschool teachers in rural private kindergartens in Yunnan Province.There are problems such as the implementation of the"child-centered"concept not being fully implemented,the relative lack of general knowledge,and the need to improve the ability to support and guide games in the process of professional development.There are significant differences in teacher's teaching experience,education background,major and professional development level between rural private kindergartens and preschool teachers.
