地方政府发展职业教育和成人教育,要重视县域内职业教育和成人教育资源的统筹协调与综合利用.职成协同推动艺术乡建,以主动融入为基础,以艺术来破题,以激发村民内生动力为驱动,改善乡村生活品质,润泽乡风文明,为县域经济社会发展、产业发展提供了人力支撑.宁海县是全国艺术振兴乡村的策源地,职成协同赋能乡村振兴,在艺术乡建的校村协同共建模式、市县协同的党建模式、校地协同的联盟模式、"一村一"协同联培模式等方面作出了积极的探索.

To develop vocational education and adult education,local governments should pay attention to the overall coordination and comprehensive utilization of vocational education and adult education resources in the county.Vocational cooperation to promote the art of township construction,based on active integration,to break the problem with art,to stimulate the endogenous power of villagers as the drive,improve the quality of rural life,enrich the rural culture,for the county economic and social development,industrial development to provide human support.Ninghai County is the source of the national art revitalization of rural areas,vocational cooperation enables rural revitalization,and has made active exploration in the art township construction of school-village cooperative construction mode,city-county cooperative Party construction mode,school-place cooperative alliance mode,"one village,one"cooperative joint training mode.
