摘要
博物馆作为社会教育的核心场所,对于促进学习型社会的构建和国民终身教育体系的完善具有重要意义.目前,博物馆在发展过程中遇到诸多挑战,如专业人才短缺、重展览形式而忽视教育内容、缺乏社会宣传等.为提升博物馆社会教育效果,可采取以下几种创新策略:顺应时代潮流,构建"云端"博物馆;跨领域合作,丰富传播途径;突出地方文化特色,增强教育内容吸引力;细分受众群体,提供个性化教育服务.
Abstract
As the core place of social education,museums are of great significance in promoting the construction of a learning society and the improvement of the national life-long education system.At present,museums encounter many challenges in the process of development,such as shortage of professionals,emphasis on exhibition form to the neglect of educational content,lack of social publicity and so on.In order to improve the effect of museum social education,the following innovative strategies can be adopted:conform to the trend of the times and building a"cloud"museum;make cross-disciplinary cooperation to enrich communication channels;highlight local cultural characteristics and enhance the attractiveness of educational content;subdivide audience groups and provide personalized educational services.
