This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 603 kindergarten teachers to explore the relationship between job burnout,emotional labor perception and turnover intention.The results showed that there were significant differences in the kindergarten teachers'job burnout,turnover intention and emotional labor in the areas of kindergarten location,establishment and teaching age.Job burnout significantly predicted turnover intention,and emotional labor perception played a mediating role between job burnout and turnover intention.Therefore,improving the job burnout of kindergarten teachers,attaching importance to their emotional labor perception and improving their loyalty to the organization are helpful to reduce the turnover tendency of kindergarten teachers.
