职业倦怠对幼儿园教师离职倾向的影响:情绪知觉的中介作用

摘要
通过对 603位幼儿园教师进行职业倦怠、情绪劳动知觉和离职倾向的关系的问卷调查,研究发现:幼儿园教师的职业倦怠、离职倾向和情绪劳动情况在园所所在地区、编制和教龄方面存在显著性差异,职业倦怠显著预测离职倾向,情绪劳动知觉在职业倦怠与离职倾向之间起中介作用.因此,多途径改善幼儿园教师的职业倦怠,重视幼儿园教师的情绪劳动知觉,有助于降低幼儿园教师的离职倾向.
Abstract
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 603 kindergarten teachers to explore the relationship between job burnout,emotional labor perception and turnover intention.The results showed that there were significant differences in the kindergarten teachers'job burnout,turnover intention and emotional labor in the areas of kindergarten location,establishment and teaching age.Job burnout significantly predicted turnover intention,and emotional labor perception played a mediating role between job burnout and turnover intention.Therefore,improving the job burnout of kindergarten teachers,attaching importance to their emotional labor perception and improving their loyalty to the organization are helpful to reduce the turnover tendency of kindergarten teachers.
