基于效能期待的学前教育专业师范生职业能力准备度

Analysis on Current Situation of Professional Ability Readiness of Preschool Education Majors from Perspective of Efficacy Expectation

了解学前教育专业师范生职业能力准备度现状,对于高校完善学前教育专业师范生培养模式、优化培养过程、提高培养质量具有重要意义.以S大学 298名学前教育专业师范生为调查对象,通过访谈、问卷调查等方式,对师范生的职业能力准备度现状进行调查.结果显示:基于效能期待视角学前教育专业师范生职业能力准备度整体处于高等水平,同时在成绩排名、是否参加过学前教育专业相关竞赛等人口学变量上存在显著差异.
It is of great significance for colleges and universities to improve the training mode,optimize the training process and improve the quality of preschool education majors to understand the current situation of preschool education majors'professional ability readiness.In this study,298 preschool education students in S University were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results showed that the preschool education students'professional ability readiness was at a high level based on the perspective of efficiency expectation.At the same time,there are significant differences in demographic variables such as different score rankings,whether to participate in preschool education related competitions.
