This paper investigates two core interest groups of college teachers and principals from four dimensions of education feelings,curriculum system,practical ability and tutor selection.The results show that there are four main problems in the training of pre-service excellent preschool teachers in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities:students'education feelings need to be improved,the curriculum system is not perfect,the teaching practice ability is not strong,and the kindergarten practice tutor selection system is not perfect.In order to improve the training quality of pre-service excellent preschool teachers,colleges and universities can focus on the following aspects:leading students to self-build their educational feelings;perfect the curriculum system of excellent preschool teachers;creating a supporting environment for the development of high quality practical teaching ability;establish an excellent preschool teacher training tutor selection system.
