地方本科高校卓越幼儿教师培养质量的现实表征与优化路径——基于核心素养视角的审视

摘要
采取访谈法,从教育情怀、课程体系、实践能力、导师选择四个维度,对高校教师和幼儿园园长两大核心利益群体进行调查.结果发现:地方应用型本科高校在职前卓越幼儿教师培养过程中存在的主要问题有学生的教育情怀有待提高、课程体系架构不完善、教学实践能力不强、幼儿园实习导师遴选制度不完善等四个方面.为提高职前卓越幼儿教师培养质量,高校可重点从以下方面着手:引领学生对教育情怀进行自我构建、完善卓越幼儿教师课程体系、创设高质量实践教学能力发展支持环境、建立卓越幼儿教师培养导师选拔制度.
Abstract
This paper investigates two core interest groups of college teachers and principals from four dimensions of education feelings,curriculum system,practical ability and tutor selection.The results show that there are four main problems in the training of pre-service excellent preschool teachers in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities:students'education feelings need to be improved,the curriculum system is not perfect,the teaching practice ability is not strong,and the kindergarten practice tutor selection system is not perfect.In order to improve the training quality of pre-service excellent preschool teachers,colleges and universities can focus on the following aspects:leading students to self-build their educational feelings;perfect the curriculum system of excellent preschool teachers;creating a supporting environment for the development of high quality practical teaching ability;establish an excellent preschool teacher training tutor selection system.
