A Study on Kindergarten-based Support Path for Professional Development of Rural Kindergarten Teachers——Taking H County in Gansu Province as an Example
Under the background of the adjustment of the national pattern of rural primary and secondary schools and the development of rural preschool education,the transferred teachers have become an important part of rural preschool education teachers.For the professional development of transferred teachers,kindergarten-based support has stronger practicability,adaptability and individuation,but it is found that there are many practical problems in the current kindergarten-based support in the process of practice.According to the actual situation of rural kindergartens,under the condition of kindergarten-based support,the professional development of transferred teachers can be promoted from the following aspects:establishing preschool education responsibility area and establishing linkage growth mechanism;deepening professional identity and strengthening teaching efficacy;strengthening school district training and expanding learning resources;promoting institutional guarantee and supporting teacher development.
