新时代推进大中小学劳动教育一体化是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求,同时也是落实思政课立德树人关键任务的目标导向.大中小学劳动教育一体化的最终实现,需要推进大中小学劳动教育阶段式与系统性融合、劳动教育教学反思性与交互式相融通,遵循思想政治教育的过程论和环境论、学生的认知成长规律和劳动教育规律.深化大中小学一体化劳动教育的基本理念、构建各类课程内容之间渗透支撑的交互网络、依托环境营造浓厚氛围开展丰富的劳动活动、打造完备坚实的劳动教育一体化体制机制,是统筹推进大中小学劳动教育一体化的实践路径.
Advancing the integration of labor education across primary,secondary,and tertiary levels in the new era is an essential requirement for cultivating socialist builders and successors who demonstrate comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.It also serves as a goal-oriented approach to fulfilling the critical mission of ideological and political education to cultivate virtue and educate people.The ultimate realization of the integration of labor education across primary,secondary,and tertiary levels requires the promotion of a phased and systematic integration of labor education across these levels,as well as the integration of reflective and interactive approaches to labor education teaching.This integration should follow the process and environmental theories of ideological and political education,the cognitive development laws of students,and the laws of labor education.Deepening the fundamental concepts of integrated labor education across primary,secondary,and tertiary levels,constructing an interactive network that permeates and supports various course contents,relying on the environment to create a strong atmosphere for conducting rich labor activities,and establishing a comprehensive and solid institutional mechanism for the integration of labor education are practical paths for comprehensively advancing the integration of labor education across primary,secondary,and tertiary levels.
