Research on Development and Design of Quality Evaluation Standards for Integrated Secondary and Higher Vocational Education——A Case Study of"Outstanding Preschool Teachers"Reserve Talent in Zhejiang
Starting from the core concept of"Quality of Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education for'Outstanding Preschool Teachers'Reserve Talent in Zhejiang",this study clarifies the logical framework for developing and designing evaluation standards for the quality of integration of secondary and higher vocational education.It draws on advanced practices from developed countries and regions,such as the UK's Quality Assurance Agency(QAA),and incorporates the latest research findings from domestic experts on"Quality Assessment in Preschool Education".The study primarily focuses on five dimensions,establishing five primary indicators and twenty secondary indicators,resulting in the design and development of forty-nine key monitoring indicators and quality control points for evaluating the quality of integration of secondary and higher vocational education for"Outstanding Preschool Teachers"in Zhejiang.This aims to contribute a"Zhejiang solution"to the development and design of quality evaluation standards for integrated talent cultivation in preschool education.
