中高职一体化人才培养质量评价标准开发与设计——以浙江"卓越幼师"后备人才为例

以"浙江'卓越幼师'后备人才中高职一体化培养质量"的核心概念为逻辑起点,明确开发与设计浙江"卓越幼师"后备人才中高职一体化培养质量评价标准的逻辑理路,借鉴英国高等教育质量保证署(QAA)等西方发达国家和地区先进做法,吸收国内专家学者关于"学前教育质量评价"的最新研究成果,主要围绕"五维一体化"的5个一级指标、20个二级指标,共设计和开发49条中高职一体化培养浙江"卓越幼师"后备人才质量评价的主要监测指标及质控点,以期为学前教育中高职一体化人才培养质量评价标准开发与设计贡献"浙江方案".
Starting from the core concept of"Quality of Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education for'Outstanding Preschool Teachers'Reserve Talent in Zhejiang",this study clarifies the logical framework for developing and designing evaluation standards for the quality of integration of secondary and higher vocational education.It draws on advanced practices from developed countries and regions,such as the UK's Quality Assurance Agency(QAA),and incorporates the latest research findings from domestic experts on"Quality Assessment in Preschool Education".The study primarily focuses on five dimensions,establishing five primary indicators and twenty secondary indicators,resulting in the design and development of forty-nine key monitoring indicators and quality control points for evaluating the quality of integration of secondary and higher vocational education for"Outstanding Preschool Teachers"in Zhejiang.This aims to contribute a"Zhejiang solution"to the development and design of quality evaluation standards for integrated talent cultivation in preschool education.
