男女平等是我国的一项基本国策,3~6岁是儿童形成性别认知的重要时期,性别平等教育应该从学前儿童抓起.幼儿园性别平等教育对消除性别偏见和性别歧视、帮助儿童形成积极的自我评价和初步的性别平等观念具有重要意义.通过对幼儿园教师进行问卷调查和访谈,分析幼儿园性别平等教育现状和存在问题,并对幼儿园性别平等教育的实施提出如下建议:树立性别平等教育观念,正确践行教育行为;创设性别平等教育环境,合理选择教育内容;加强性别平等教育培训,科学开发教育课程;提升性别平等责任意识,正确开展家园合作.
Gender equality is an important national policy in China,and the age of 3-6 is an important period for children to form gender cognition,so gender equality education should start from preschool children.Gender equality education in kindergartens is of great significance to eliminate gender bias and discrimination,and to help children form positive self-evaluation and initial gender equality concepts.Through questionnaire survey and interview with kindergarten teachers,this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of gender equality education in kindergartens,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of gender equality education in kindergartens.
