Management education is an important component of the education system in universities,which is of great significance in implementing the fundamental task of moral education,improving the modernization level of university governance,and enhancing the talent cultivation ability of universities.At present,there are bottlenecks in universities that urgently need to be overcome,such as cognitive biases in educational concepts,traditional and single educational methods,incomplete educational systems,and the lack of joint efforts in education.Universities should start from the requirements of modernizing higher education governance,guided by the theory of collaborative governance,and focus on establishing a"student-centered"education concept,improving management and education policies and systems,enhancing management and education capabilities,innovating management and education platform carriers,and building a harmonious management and education atmosphere to effectively improve the overall quality of management and education.
