Present Situation and Improvement Strategy of Kindergarten Teacher's Teaching Efficacy
A strong sense of teaching efficacy can enhance kindergarten teachers'professional identity and emotions,leading to positive attitudes and behaviors in their work,and further promoting the holistic and harmonious development of young children.Kindergarten teachers'teaching efficacy scale was used to investigate the efficacy of activity design,promoting children's development,teaching organization and management,and teaching efficacy.The results showed that there were different degrees of differences in age,marital status,establishment,nature of kindergarten,and location.There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers'teaching efficacy and all dimensions and among all dimensions.That means more training opportunities should be given to young teachers.This can mobilize the working enthusiasm of teachers,and relieve their working pressure in public kindergartens,improving the work conditions of rural kindergartens and increase the teaching effectiveness of kindergarten teachers.
