中小学科技创新人才贯通培养路径探索——以宁波为例

中小学科学创新拔尖人才培养是贯彻教育"双减"中做好科学教育加法,一体化推进教育、科技、人才高质量发展的内在要求.就全国范围来看,青少年科技创新人才培养总体仍处于探索阶段.宁波市中小学教育资源和人才质量较优,以宁波市科技新苗培养为例,通过近 10 年的自主探索,已逐渐形成了顶层设计、多学科联动、以点带面的贯通培养机制.
Exploration of the Path for Cultivating Talents in Science and Technology Innovation through Primary and Secondary Schools——Taking Ningbo City as an Example
The cultivation of talents in science and technology innovation in primary and secondary schools is an inherent requirement for implementing the"double reduction"of education,doing well in the addition of science education,and promoting the high-quality development of education,technology,and talent in an integrated manner.From a national perspective,the overall cultivation of young scientific and technological innovation talents is still in the exploratory stage.The education resources and talent quality of primary and secondary schools in Ningbo are relatively good.Taking the cultivation of new science and technology seedlings in Ningbo as an example,through nearly 10 years of independent exploration,a top-level design,interdisciplinary linkage,and point to area integrated training mechanism has gradually been formed.
