Teaching Reform and Practice of"Document and Archives Management"Course Under New Liberal Arts Background
Under the new liberal arts context,teaching reform in higher vocational education's"Document and Archive Management"course is crucial for enhancing educational outcomes.This study investigates the impact of course organization,group interaction,and course extension on learning outcomes through a survey of modern secretarial majors in Ningbo Childhood Education College,using structural equation modeling.It also explores the moderating role of practical teaching reform.Findings indicate that teaching reform significantly improves the effectiveness of course organization,group interaction,and course extension,thereby enhancing learning outcomes.This paper provides empirical support for teaching reform in the"Document and Archive Management"course and offers recommendations.
