高校辅导员职业认同的现实困境与应对策略

摘要
高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的主力军,辅导员的工作关乎高校落实立德树人根本任务和党的事业后继有人的根本大计.新时代,高校辅导员队伍建设迎来了高质量、内涵式发展的新阶段,但各地高校辅导员队伍建设仍然不平衡、不充分,在回归主责主业、素质能力提升、专业化建设、队伍稳定性建设等方面仍存在问题,导致高校辅导员自身职业认同不高,影响了这支队伍的发展.针对上述现实问题,辅导员要提升"政治三力"、思想政治教育理论能力、思想政治教育工作创新能力、岗位胜任力和工作支持力,提高自身的职业认同,增强职业信念,促进高校辅导员队伍的稳定性和可持续发展.
Abstract
College counselors are the main force in carrying out college students'ideological and political education.Their work is related to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges,and also is related to the fundamental plan of having qualified successors of the Party's cause.Our nation attaches great importance to the construction of this team.In the new era,the team construction of college counselors has ushered in a new stage of high quality and connotative development.However,in practical work,due to the practical difficulties of tedious routine work,the lack of core professional ability,the weakness of the basic theory of ideological and political education,and the large mobility of the team,college counselors have a low professional identity,which seriously affects the development of this team.In view of the above practical problems,this paper proposes to improve the college counselors'professional identity,enhance their professional beliefs,and promote their stability and sustainable development of by strengthening their"three political forces",ideological and political education ability,job competency,and school support.
