Transforming the advantages of secondary colleges Party organizations into governance effectiveness is an important responsibility and sacred mission entrusted to Chinese universities by the times.The dean responsibility system under the leadership of Party organizations in secondary colleges by Zhejiang Province,which is the first to be implemented nationwide,is a positive exploration of the current reform of the management system of secondary colleges in universities,however,currently facing challenges such as uneven overall progress of pilot projects,divergent measures to address core issues,and insufficient sustained deepening of practical results,and it is necessary to strengthen system governance,adhere to problem orientation,strive for the coordination of ideology and organization,the advancement of system and cadres,and the mutual promotion of practice and theory,in order to ensure the comprehensive promotion of pilot work,focus on core issues and actively solve problems,and promote the continuous amplification of reform results,for transforming the advantages of this system into governance effectiveness,and promote the high-quality development of higher education under the comprehensive leadership of the Party.
