高职院校心理委员队伍建设面临的挑战及应对策略

摘要
在新时代心理健康教育发展的背景下,高职院校心理委员是学校、院系、班级、宿舍四级心理健康工作网络机制的重要成员,在大学生心理健康工作中发挥着重要作用.当前,高职院校心理委员队伍建设面临诸多挑战,存在着职责定位不够清晰、选拔机制不规范、培训效果不佳、激励形式较单一等问题,可从岗位职责、选拔流程、培训体制和管理机制四方面探索心理委员队伍建设的有效路径.
Abstract
In the context of the development of psychological health education in the new era,the psychological committee team members of vocational colleges play an important role in the mental health work of college students.They are important members of the network mechanism of psychological health work at the four levels of dormitories,classes,secondary colleges,and schools.Through in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by psychological committee team building,this paper explores the training strategies of psychological committee team members from four aspects:job responsibilities,selection process,training system,and management mechanism.
