摘要
"双减"政策的推行使艺术教育得到更多关注,校外学科教育培训机构的整顿则为艺术教育培训市场带来了新的发展机遇,但艺术培训也面临着更加激烈的竞争.针对校外艺术培训机构宣传导向功利、收费标准随意、师资水平参差不齐、教育责任感低等问题,提出以下对策:深度解读国家政策,树立正确的艺术教育观;强化师资培训与考核,提升教学业务能力;规范教学成果评价方式,促进艺术培训高质量发展;开展课后服务校企合作,拓展培训机构发展平台;出台相应政策,引导培训机构规范办学.
Abstract
The implementation of the"double reduction"policy has brought more attention to art education.With the rectification of off-campus discipline education and training institutions,it has brought new opportunities for the development of art education and training market,but it is also facing strong competition.In view of the current problems of off-campus art training institutions,such as utilitarianism,arbitrary charging standards,uneven level of teachers and low sense of educational responsibility,this paper proposes an in-depth interpretation of national policies and a correct view of art education:strengthening teacher training and assessment,improving teaching ability;standardizing the evaluation methods of teaching achievements and promote the high-quality development of art training;carrying out after-school service cooperation between schools and enterprises,and expand the development platform of training institutions;making corresponding policies have been issued to guide training institutions to standardize school running and other countermeasures and suggestions for reform and improvement.
