Reflection on Investment in High Standard Farmland Infrastructure Construction——An Empirical Study Based on Diversified Investment in Farmland Construction in Hebei Province
Based on on-site investigations into the current status and financial inputs of agricultural land construc-tion projects in Hebei Province,this paper systematically summarizes the characteristics,existing issues,and root causes of China's current agricultural land construction investment management.Drawing inspiration from Japan's expe-riences and practices in agricultural infrastructure construction,the paper proposes policy suggestions such as maximiz-ing the role of entities involved in agricultural land construction,establishing reasonable investment standards,optimiz-ing the methods of financial fund subsidies,and increasing project revenue channels.
