In the Central Financial Work Conference in 2023,"pension finance"was formally proposed for the first time and was also included in the key work of national finance for the first time.With the increasing aging of the pop-ulation,the problem of rural old-age care becomes more and more prominent.As a medium,finance can provide tools and services to alleviate the problem of rural old-age care and meet the needs of old-age care.Therefore,it is of prac-tical significance to study rural old-age care finance.This paper dissolves the concept of rural pension finance,deeply analyzes its development dilemma,and then explores and summarizes several development paths based on"pension fi-nance,pension service finance and pension industry finance"from the case,providing some thoughts for the develop-ment of rural pension finance.
