The Demonstration of Dual Empowerment of Digital Economy Development and Rural Comprehensive Revitalization
With the advancement of technological innovation and digitization,as well as the proposal of new quality productivity,digital resources have become an important engine for promoting economic development,and China's digi-tal economy has entered a white hot stage of development.In the 2023 Central Work Conference,it was pointed out that we should promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China has entered a stage of comprehensive development.The research on the integration and development of digital economy and comprehensive rural revitalization is urgent.The article takes 31 provinces(cities)in China as the re-search subject to construct panel data on the digital economy and comprehensive rural revitalization from 2010 to 2022.The modified coupling coordination model and spatial simultaneous equation model are used to explore the coupling co-ordination types,temporal trends,and empirical analysis of the spatial interaction effect between the digital economy and comprehensive rural revitalization.The research conclusion indicates that there is a bidirectional empowerment re-lationship between digital economy and comprehensive rural revitalization in this region;Empowering the comprehen-sive revitalization and development of rural areas through one-way digital economic development in adjacent areas;The comprehensive revitalization of rural areas has not had a positive promoting effect on the development level of the digi-tal economy,that is,it has not achieved two-way empowerment.Based on the research findings and taking into account the current situation,the article proposes four policy recommendations for the dual empowerment of digital economy de-velopment and comprehensive rural revitalization.
