There is a close internal relationship between new quality productivity and agricultural and rural modern-ization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural and rural development in Hunan Province,the pa-per further analyzed the problems of weak foundation,weak agricultural characteristic industries,lack of successors and insufficient governance in the context of new quality productivity,and put forward countermeasures from upgrading capi-tal and technology investment,innovative management of characteristic industries,joint training of talents and multi-subject agricultural and rural governance.In order to promote the development of agricultural new quality productivity in Hunan Province,to achieve a high level of agricultural and rural modernization.
