摘要
发展新质生产力,用创新思维审视新时代"三农"问题的新内涵是推进乡村产业振兴的关键,是为乡村产业振兴注入创新活力的必由之路.新质生产力以其创新驱动、资源节约、环境友好等特点对边疆少数民族地区推动乡村产业发展具有重要意义.长期以来,由于地理位置、民族众多和文化多元等特点的影响,西双版纳州的产业发展水平与当地优越的自然资源禀赋存在诸多不匹配现象.因此,应加快发展新质生产力,变客观劣势为独特优势,以推动科技创新、注重绿色发展、实施重点改革、优化人才链条等为实践路径,积极开辟高质量发展的新领域新赛道.
Abstract
Developing new quality productive forces and using innovative thinking to redefine the new connotations of the"three agricultural"issues in the new era is the key to promoting rural industrial revitalization,and is the only way to inject innovative vitality into rural industrial revitalization.The new quality productive forces,with their charac-teristics of innovation-driven,resource-saving,and environmentally friendly,are of great significance to promoting ru-ral industrial development in border areas with ethnic minorities.For a long time,due to the influence of geographical location,numerous ethnic groups,and cultural diversity,the level of industrial development in Xishuangbanna State has been far from commensurate with its superior natural resource endowment.Therefore,we should accelerate the de-velopment of new quality productive forces,transform objective disadvantages into unique advantages,and take practi-cal paths such as promoting technological innovation,emphasizing green development,implementing key reforms,and optimizing talent chains to actively open up new fields and new tracks for high-quality development.
