At present,most of the"city return"to the countryside to start businesses are engaged in the relevant in-dustries related to the integration of rural industries,driving the economy and employment,but also promoting the pace of rural revitalization.Theoretically speaking,talent and industry have an inseparable relationship,talent to industry,in-dustry to attract talent,showing both complementary and mutually promoting contact.In reality,there are many prob-lems in promoting the common development of the two,which are mainly manifested as paying attention to the input of external talents in the cultivation of individuals,ignoring the activation of internal power;In the dual system,emphasis is placed on institutional integration,while cultural consensus is ignored.In infrastructure,emphasis should be placed on the macro goal of increasing investment,while the micro analysis of specific situations should be ignored.In view of this,firmly promote the"city return"group to help the integration of rural three industries,consider all aspects of the focus on the main issues,cultivate the"city return"group innovation vitality,break the integration barriers to create mo-mentum,highlight digital technology to improve effectiveness.
