The energy metering device is the basic equipment for smart grid data collection.It is an important instrument to ensure the accuracy of power transaction settlement between enterprises and users.This paper focuses on shortening the on-site installation time of high-pressure metering devices.Automatic cutting and stripping of the installation wires of the metering device is realized by multi-function automatic cutting and stripping device.Fast alignment of instrument transformers is achieved by a wire-to-line instrument without removing the wire based on linear hall sensor technology.
